Alynne Mann, CEO, began her career with 5 years in aviation at Rockwell International, with experience in international marketing, sales delivery, and heading up their worldwide service operations.  After leaving Rockwell, she joined the executive team of a leading not-for-profit trade association, participating in the growth of one of the largest conventions and tradeshows in the country.  Alynne has devoted the past 17 years to the software industry with experience in sales management, marketing, strategic planning, alliances strategy and relationship management. As a member of the management team that launched Lawson Software’s highly successful healthcare division, she was responsible for developing strategy, alliance and key relationships with organizations such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. The efforts of this team fueled Lawson’s rapid growth and dominance of the healthcare ERP market space.

Alynne currently serves on two Boards:  Lighthouse Ministries, an outreach to the poor and needy of Orange County, and Far East Broadcasting Company, a global media and broadcasting company.  Alynne is active in serving her local church. She co-founded TrendSpotters in July of 2001.
